Hello Cho

Another Korean Fried Chicken place that isn't far from home... and it also got some recommendations from my wife and friends to try.

I made my way there with my wife and a friend to dine in one of my probably worst Korean Fried Chicken experiences. Not saying it was a disaster... just saying in comparison with the others... this one ranked the lowest...

The service was mediocre... they didn't really care when we walked in.. and we found our own seats in a fake booth like environment...

We then ordered a plate of mixed chicken ( half fried chicken and half spicy marinated chicken), a beer and two bowls of rice.

Apparently there was no rice ready.. and he told us it was a ten minute wait.. which ended up being closer to a twenty minute wait... yet they brought out all our chicken to get cold in the waiting game...

So we decided to smash down some of the chicken while we waited... and had to ask an extra time to get some free table water.

The fried chicken was sauceless and was quite dry... and the spicy marinated chicken was super sticky and wasn't spicy as advertised....

Overall with their old decore, non competitive prices, and mediocre chicken.. I rather drive the extra few minutes and get my chicken fix at Strathfield...

About

I suddenly feel the tides turning. A yearn for something better in my life. I'm hoping for big changes in my career, maybe the touch of my first born and the ongoing rollercoaster of my marriage.

It feels important enough to dedicate a few minutes of my days to etch out how it is through my eyes... just so one day I can flick through and reminisce

Meet The Author

I've spent my whole life being the son my parents wanted me to be. I studied hard, went through the different levels of the school system and then I'm now 30. I married a beautiful girl, trying to pay off a mortgage, and have a bucket list of things I want to do which don't involve work.

I've always had a passion for blogging, photography, food, collecting aka organised hoarding and music and I can't think of any better moment to start documenting it...
