Sara Lee Raspberry Chocolate Fudge

So here are the perks of doing some taste testings for companies... a free goodies bag full of new things to try.

This immediately caught the attention of my wife... Who somewhat seems to be craving all things chocolate and sweet lately... Possibly a withdrawal from the fact we haven't bought junk food for the home in around a month.

No cooking necessary... just defrost it for 65 minutes or do it in the microwave for around a minute...

I personally preferred the microwave. Zapped it for a minute and I let it rest for like 2 minutes and presto, it's ready to eat. The fudge is nice, not too sweet, bit artificial tasting. It's nice from the microwave because its warm. That was really the only plus from me. The melted raspberry sauce at the bottom didn't do it for me. It just didn't pair too well and kinda ruined it.

These will set you back around $8-9 at your local Coles if you're keen on trying it.

About

I suddenly feel the tides turning. A yearn for something better in my life. I'm hoping for big changes in my career, maybe the touch of my first born and the ongoing rollercoaster of my marriage.

It feels important enough to dedicate a few minutes of my days to etch out how it is through my eyes... just so one day I can flick through and reminisce

Meet The Author

I've spent my whole life being the son my parents wanted me to be. I studied hard, went through the different levels of the school system and then I'm now 30. I married a beautiful girl, trying to pay off a mortgage, and have a bucket list of things I want to do which don't involve work.

I've always had a passion for blogging, photography, food, collecting aka organised hoarding and music and I can't think of any better moment to start documenting it...
