I finally had an afternoon to myself and remembered I got this as a birthday present from my friends. The idea is simple but the concept is cool.
In the packet you get your own little cast iron skillet and the mixture to make the cookie.
The idea is simple... you mix the batter with some butter... grease the skillet and whack it in the oven to cook for 13 minutes.
I'm not a big fan of baking in general... I love cooking other stuff like slow cooking meats, making sandwiches and creating sauces... but yea baking is so not my thing...
I sat and waited... quite excited that it'll turn out pretty good as it was a simple process....
It looks good but unfortunately the cookie was too oily with the butter they recommended and I had to cook it longer than they suggested because the dough still felt so soft and raw....
After it finally cooled down it felt like a super long process for a cookie that didn't really wow my belt off! But nonetheless the chocolate did leave me craving more... hmm maybe I'll try and find it pre-made already. On the upside I have this cool little cast iron skillet now....
