Tim Tam Peanut Butter

As a massive peanut butter fanatic, it was a no brainer for me to rush to Coles and pickup a packet when I was made aware of it's existence. 

As I rip open the packet, you can instantly smell the strong peanut butter sensation. I must admit, it got me a bit more excited. Unfortunately the taste didn't reciprocate. My biggest gripe with these is the fact that the peanut butter is powdery rather than being in a creamier form. It really felt cheap and nasty. In fact, after the first one or two biscuits... I find myself slightly repulsed by the smell when opening the packaging.

Just look at the picture on the packet versus what I took a bite into. Very disappointed... and I'm not one that is easily disappointed by peanut butter flavoured anything.

Yet again another poor attempt at a peanut butter by-product. I want to know who's doing the taste testing for these and approving them. What a great concept that was horribly executed. Luckily I'm not holding my breathe for a decent peanut butter concept release any time soon.
