The decore in here is quite authentic, like stepping out of Sydney into a marketplace in Turkey. The walls are lined with what I'd assume are antiques or very nice replicas. The service is prompt and we were seated immediately. The waitress could smile a bit when taking orders but at least everything was brought to us quite fast.
We ordered the Maras and Turkish Coffee flavours. The combination actually suited quite well, where the Maras was like milk and Coffee was Coffee. It's such a shame the ice-cream texture isn't the same anymore. The extra strong turkish coffee flavour has somewhat been dumbed down to any normal ice-cream you can purchase at your local supermarket. Even the texture is gone...
We paired it off with a large cup of Turkish Tea to share. Normally we get these free at Jasmins to top off the meal... I love the cinnamon flavours that feel like it breaks down all the fatty build up of your dinner....
I've yet to try the food in this place... it still seems like the place I stop off for dessert as opposed to food...
