Birdseye Deli Seasoned Chips - Parmesan, Garlic & Basil

Last year, this new range hit the market, oozing of a new idea that chips are more sophisticated, made with real and authentic flavours. It changed the mindset of "cheap as chips", but to focus on delivering back the quality to the category. It's almost bordering on gourmet frozen food... oops, mind the juxtaposition...

I personally love this new range. It's creative and is definitely bang for buck as well when they have sales to promote it. This was bought at Coles for $3 a bag.

I personally prefer my chips to be cooked slightly longer in the over. It just adds that extra crisp... though it does dry out the potato within. So the need for that right sauce to match is necessary. I paired this up with some dijonaise, and I must admit, it was lip smackingly satisfying.

Whenever they go on sale again, you'll find me restocking my freezer...
